Service Description
To start you weight loss journey, please copy and paste the link into your browser and complete the consultation form. (You can also find this link by visiting the 'weight loss tab'.) https://www.nmwlp.co.uk/consultation-form/?clinic=face.-by-laura+MK43-8JU This consultation form will be sent directly to Laura, a certified partner of the National Medical Weight Loss Service. Upon completion you will be contacted to arrange a remote medical consultation. Treatment consists of 1 self-administered injection per week and you will have a 4 weeks supply per pen.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment then please contact me prior to your appointment, within plenty of time (at least 24 hours), or you will lose your booking fee. If you do not attend your appointment and have not informed me (no-shows!) you will lose your booking fee and any future bookings you make will be automatically cancelled.
